After touring Gettysburg, we enjoyed further immersing ourselves in the Period at the Baladerry Inn. The older part of the house that we stayed in was built prior to the Civil War and is decorated in the style of that period. The newer addition was built in a similar style. Kenny and Judy are great hosts. We enjoyed talking to them, and the breakfast was very good. We also enjoyed sitting on the back patio with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms in parts of the old house were added on, so they're not large, but they're adequate. I would definitely stay again.

Kenny and Judy have a lovely place that encourages interactions between guests! The three-course breakfast was outstanding with some lovely touches. Add all this to the proximity to the Gettysburg visitor center, and I'll be sure to return.

Absolutely my favorite place to stay while visiting Gettysburg! So close to town yet you're in the country. Rooms are cleans and very nice. Love the breakfast! The atmosphere alone keeps my girlfriend and I coming back! Very nice and rustic. I love seeing the deer in the yard in the evenings and the shamrock room was great with the fireplace in the winter time! Judy and Kenny are always great! Highly recommended!
