In my quest to capture some great mountain peaks, I found this nice B&B to stay in while hiking Mt Washington. The location is perfect as it is right up the road from the parks entrance. Mary Ann is a nice Inn Keeper and makes a wonderful breakfast. The hummingbirds are a welcomed addition. Parts of the property needs a bit of cleaning but otherwise my stay was fantastic. I would return.

Spent one night at the Inn with my daughter and grand daughter on June 30th, 2017. A truly delightful hostess greeted us on arrival. She showed us around and up to our rooms where it felt like we were visiting relatives. All we needed was right there for us. Coffee and tea were always available in the dining room and grand daughter said that she had Wi Fi reception so she could keep in touch with her friends back home. We would definitely like to stay there on our next visit.

We stayed only for one night and highly enjoyed the special traditional atmosphere and the warm hospitality of Mary Ann.

Mary Ann is a terrific host and an excellent cook. She was very entertaining and informative during our first evening and breakfast (the apple fritter french toast is delicious!). We only stayed for 1 night but it was a wonderful experience. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and had good water pressure. This sounds trivial but are both very important during a hiking expedition in 40 degree weather.

My wife and I love to run and hike in the mountains. This area of New Hampshire is a great place to get a lot of mountain hiking in. We happened to find the Mt. Washington B&B online and feel so lucky. It's the perfect place to stay for a few days to relax as you play in the mountains. You will have comfy accommodations and a very friendly host. The bed and breakfast is beautiful, and Mary Ann greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile. The room was cute and comfortable, and also private. Our room had its own bathroom and a separate living room with a couch and TV off of the bedroom. Our first morning, we were waking up before regular breakfast, so Mary Ann had coffee and muffins waiting for us before our early departure. The second morning, she made the most delicious french toast. I can't say enough about how amazing of a host Mary Ann is. She's so friendly, and she went out of her way multiple times to make sure we were very comfortable. I even left a watch behind after we left and she shipped it to our home. If we are ever back in New Hampshire, we will certainly be staying here again.

Our children sent us to the Mt. Washington Bed & Breakfast for our 25th wedding anniversary. This gift came after years and years of traveling by saying we would one day stay there! We could have not asked for a better gift. The atmosphere is charming. The rooms are clean and beautiful decorated. The breakfasts are delicious, and Mary Anne is a friendly, easy going host. We have already booked out next stay. You should book your visit now!

This was our 1st B&B experience in New England, and it more than met our expectations! We stayed in the Chickadee Room and enjoyed its comfort and privacy. I like being in historical places, and Mt. Washington B&B, having been a stage coach stop, filled the bill. We found Mary Ann to be an excellent hostess, providing helpful information and conversation when we wanted it, and absolutely delicious food. Wish we could have stayed longer, but our itinerary meant we only had time for 'a taste'.

This was our first time staying in a Bed and Breakfast. We were greeting by Mary Ann with fresh brownies for the two of us. She showed us around a bit and then to our room. The room was perfect! Everything was decorated with such charm. I even loved the little layers of wallpaper in the corner showing all the years of the different wallpaper designs. Every room was unique and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast consisted of pumpkin French toast and was very delicious! If ever in the area again I would definitely return again. Thanks Mary Ann.

My boyfriend and I loved staying in Mary Ann's home! If you're looking to keep to yourself and be uninterrupted, keep looking... You are treated like family here! Personalized suggestions for places to go and things to do, access to super-secret coupons and discounts at local attractions, amazing home cooked breakfasts and evening snacks, but best of all was that feeling of coming home to your favorite Auntie who wanted to hear all about your day! Mary Ann and her dad are funny, sweet, innkeepers who have never met a stranger. Easy to find with quick access to local conveniences. Thanks Mary Ann! See you soon!
