Due to a technical error on the part of BedandBreakfast.com, a room I reserved at the Mouton Plantation was not actually available. I got a call from the owner, Ravi, I believe was his name, who notified me of the error, and apologized profusely. He also was kind enough to call around to other area B+Bs to see if he could locate something similar, though it turned out nothing was available. Ravi also said that if we were to stay the night at a chain hotel, he would like to have us as his guests at breakfast the next morning! We ended up with friends, so didn't take him up on the offer, but that is fine customer service. We look forward to coming back sometime.
