We stayed two nights in the Johnson Room. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of pillows. The breakfasts were delicious. The first morning we had herbed eggs fresh from their chickens, bacon and sweet cantelope and fantastic muffins. The second morning among the dishes we had were special pumpkin muffins, pancakes with homemade peach syrup and scrambled eggs. We visited Chincotegue and Assategue which were a short drive through the beautiful Eastern Shore. Both evenings we had dinner in town at the Blue Dog Cafe, enjoying the terrific food, homemade desserts and exceptional entertainment. Doug and Sherry were so warm and welcoming, proudly giving us a tour and history of their beautiful inn/home. On our second day, we explored the town of Snow Hill and continued on to Berlin and then Ocean City, Bethany and beach towns further north as we made our way home. We had a lovely stay and a great time celebrating my birthday We would recommend this charming inn.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in celebration of our 28th anniversary. This was our first visit and the owners could not have been nicer. They met us as we exited the car and gave us a personal tour of the grounds and the house. The house has been excellently renovated and our room was terrific. The breakfasts were over the top for the quality and quantity. Snow Hill is a quaint quiet town in a superb location which we took advantage of by visiting Ocean City and Chincoteague/Assateague. The owner also arranged for us to have a river tour up the local Pocomoke river where we were privileged to spot a Bald Eagle. We had wonderful conversations with our hosts and would definitely recommend The Cedars to anyone visiting the Eastern Shore.

We were lucky enough to enjoy a stay at The Cedars bnb this past weekend. Doug & Sherry are great hosts. It was our first bnb experience and it was definately our pleasure. Our stay was quite enjoyable. The Cedars has three lovely suites with nicely appointed bathrooms. We stayed in the Aconti Room. Wonderfully relaxing, clean, and furnished and decorated to period time. The queen sleigh bed had a very comfortable mattress, nice linens and fluffy pillows. Updated accomodations with environmentally-conscious additions like geothermal hot water heating and farm-to-table efforts. In addition to the herb, vegetable gardens and strawberry patch, the chickens out back provide fresh eggs to contribute the breakfast feast. To experience Glascox Hospitality was a treat indeed!
