Great BNB and excellent location. Very clean, comfortable, and delicious breakfast. Bob, Michelle, and Beck are the best hosts. They really love hosting guests and it shows. Michelle provided some wonderful suggestions for meals and things to do during my visit. I wasn't able to get to everything, so I'll be coming back to NOLA and definitely staying at Elysian Fields again. Thank you for making my first visit to NOLA so special!

Was met with champagne and a warm smile. The house was breath taking. I remember walking in and be overwhelmed with how elegant the house was. Beautifully decorated, it had personality and class. Michelle (the owner) gave us a run down of everything which included breakfast, local recommendations, and even safety precautions for the quarter. Friendly and knowledgeable. Bob (the owner) made us the most fantastic shrimp and grits I have ever had. It was amazing. They were kind, professional, and fun people. Their house is exactly what you want in a bed and breakfast. Fancy yet comfortable. Stylish yet affordable. Professional yet laid back. Will definitely be returning.

We went to New Orleans for our anniversary and had the pleasure of staying at Elysian Fields Inn. The care we received was just so amazing. I can't even begin to explain the wonder of southern hospitality but if you ever want to see it for yourself do yourself a favor and stay here. Close enough to the all that is New Orleans and a place to make you feel right at home. It really is a bridge to both worlds old and new.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay to be able to walk to Frenchman St. We found this Inn and it was the best trip to New Orleans we have ever had. The hosts are very friendly, knowledgeable and know when to chat and when to let folks get out the door to experience New Orleans! We will be back for sure!

We stayed 4 nights at Elysian Fields Inn during our first trip to New Orleans! The home is lovely with large, clean, well-kept rooms. The breakfast area is large with various seating options (if you wish to sit with a group or dine more privately) and the food was all yummy. Michelle is wonderful - so friendly and helpful (Bob was away while we were there). Everything (including the French Quarter) is within a short walk. We would highly recommend staying at Elysian Fields Inn! Devin & Noella, Ancaster Ontario

This was our 3rd stay here so that should tell you everything. The new ownership definitely ups the service level and the breakfasts are outstanding. The Inn is ideally located within walking distance of both Frenchmen Street and the French Quarter but just far enough way to escape the craziness. Plus the Marigny neighborhood is very cool with the St. Roch Market a 6 minute walk. It's awesome.

We loved this place! Spacious historic house in beautiful shape. Wonderful rooms. Friendly and super helpful hosts. Loved the common room and porches. Location was really close to trolley line, blocks from the French Qtr., and close to the riverfront action. We would stay there again. Good value!

This was our fifth stay, second time with current owners Michelle and Bob. The inn is beautiful. Our room, 201, was a large corner room. Bed was comfortable. Linens are high quality. Bathroom was large with nice amenities. Tub is jetted, but we didn't use it. Great front porches for coffee or drinks or any time. Breakfasts are made by Michelle &Bob are simple but tasty. The B&B is located just outside the Marigny/ Frenchmen St. music district and is on the edge of the up-and-coming St. Claude area. The best part of the inn is the hospitality and warmth that Michelle & Bob offer. They make it look easy but work very hard to assure their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay in NOLA. They know the area well and can make great suggestions. (Their adorable dog Beck is a bonus!) We've been to NOLA every year for the last 21 and have stayed in many nice inns and hotels. This is our favorite and we'll return next year.

Bob and I met in high school and have lived in Louisville KY and Atlanta GA before moving to New Orleans to take ownership of Elysian Fields Inn. One of our two daughters started her nursing career here and soon after met her husband, a native of New Orleans. We decided to consider a move here and we stayed at Elysian Fields Inn on one of our many visits. We fell in love with the Inn and are honored to carry on it's 15 year tradition of wowing guests.
