  • 1 stick Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Turbinado sugar
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 Large / extra large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Mashed, ripened bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups Organic flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts


  1. Note: Can use 1.5+ cups mashed, ripened bananas; 1/2+ cup chopped walnuts.
  2. Cream butter with a wooden spoon. Add sugar and honey; mix until creamy. Add eggs; mix. Add bananas; mix. Sift flour, baking soda and sea salt together and right into mixture -- blend thoroughly. Add nuts; mix.
  3. Butter glass baking loap pan and pour batter in. Bake @ 350 degrees for approx. one hour. Note: More time is need if more than 1.5 cups of bananas is used. Insert knife to test.
  4. Recipe can be doubled (and you will want to because it's fantastic)! :)
