Maple Pears with Granola

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pick your favorite pear - I usually use Bartlett or Anjou pears. Cut in Half and core.
  3. Bake pears for 20 - 30 minutes - til soft but not mushy.
  4. Place pears in a serving dish and pour 1/4 cup granola over each pear. Then pour maple syrup from baking dish over pear and granola. Enjoy! Great as a desert with ice cream!
  5. Place pears in baking dish and pour maple syrup over them.
