  • 3 Pears
  • 3/4 cup Cream
  • 3/4 cup Amaretto
  • 1/4 cup Craisons or Raisins
  • Butter
  • 3 parts Sugar 1 part Cinnimon Cinnimon with Sugar


  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Butter a pan, skillet or glass pan.
  2. Cut the pears from stem to the bottom completely in half and core and remove the stem. Place in the buttered pan, flat side down. Butter the skin of the pear and sprinkle the Cinnimon Sugar so that it sticks to the pears.
  3. Place in 350 degree oven for 15 to 25 minutes. Ripeness of the pear plays a factor here. If the pears are soft, shorten the baking time and if the pears are harder lengthen. You will love this, once you figure it out. EASY PEASY!!!!
  4. In a saucepan, heat the Amaretto with the Raisins or Craisons just to heat them up and they will plump and soften a bit. Let stand for while pears cook. When the pears are baked, place them in individual bowls and ladle cream over each pear.
  5. Then ladle the Amaretto and Raisins over each pear. Done! Very easy and delicious.
