  • Butter Cake Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2/3 c.Sugar
  • 1 tsp.
  • 16 oz. Ricotta Cheese


  1. Mix cake mix according to the directon on the box and pour into a 9x13 inch glass pan. (Do not grease)
  2. Beat eggs, add sugar, vanilla and the ricotta cheese. This will be of a watery consistency.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled. Keep cake refrigerated in the glass pan. Cake also freezes well.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture on top of the unbaked cake and spread evenly to cover the cake. During baking the cheese mixture will sink to the bottom.
  5. Bake 350 degrees, 40 - 45 minutes
