Greek Quiche

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh baby leaf spinach
  • 9 inch pie shell
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried Oregano
  • Cream Cheese


  1. Layer the pie shell with spinach at bottom, then tomatoes, then crumbled feta.
  2. Pour mixture into pie shell (Make your own or if you are pressed for time I like the frozen Oronoque Orchards brand)
  3. Secret Ingredient - 2 oz. of cream cheese - break into small pieces and distribute evenly around the smooth!
  4. Line baking sheet with tin foil Bake for 45 minutes at 350 or until browned.
  5. In mixing bowl whisk eggs, half and half, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano
