  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • oregano
  • marjoram
  • basil


  1. Soften cream cheese and butter, crush garlic, combine with herbs, shape into ball. (Or snowman in the winter with carrot nose, olives for eyes and mouth, etc.)
  2. Keeps well in fridge for several weeks. Better when flavors meld overnight.
