Ingrédients

  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • 1 piece ripe peach, pear, or granny smithapple
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 T sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla.
  2. On stove top, melt 1/4 c butter, add seasonings and sugar. Cook fruit until soft.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put 2 T butter into a glass pie pan, place pan in oven to melt butter. When butter is melted, remove pan.
  4. Pour batter into pie pan. Spread fruit mixture over the top evenly without stirring in.
  5. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until top of pancake is puffy and the bottom is brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into 6 wedges and serve from pie pan with whipped cream.
