  • 30 ounce cottage chease
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pinch red pepper, salt pepper, cumin
  • 10 ounce sour cream


  1. Cut the onion into small pieces. The cheese was triturated in a red pepper (you have enough of the pepper, if the cream turns orange), add salt and pepper, then add the onions and cumin seeds. Mix it all well, placed in the freezer for a short time.
