Artichoke and Palmito Dip

  • 1 can Drained artichoke hearts
  • 1 can Palmito Pieces
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese soft
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/8 cup White wine
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 large clove Fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Hot sauce if desired
  • 1/8 or less Onion, finely chopped


  1. Chop artichoke hearts and palmito pieces. Add finely chopped onion and garlic and other ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add more mayonnaise or cream cheese if desired to make creamier. Put in a baking pan and bake 350 degrees until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with crackers, bagel chips or your favorite fresh cut and fried flour tortillas.
