  • 2 lb Veal (tenderized & dredged in flour)
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • sprinkle moderately lemon pepper
  • sprinkle light salt
  • 1 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 2 juice of whole lemons
  • 5 packets Washington's Golden seasoning
  • 1 cup Cream Sherry


  1. Melt butter in a large saute' pan. Moderately brown the veal in the butter; season with lemon pepper and salt. Remove veal from pan and set aside.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sprinkle with juice from lemons. (Do not over cook) Sprinkle 1/2 of Washington's Golden seasoning over the mushrooms and stir.
  3. Return veal to pan and add remaining Washington's Golden seasoning and sherry. Cover and simmer 8 minutes.
