  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Bagel
  • 4 Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Canadian Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 4 Sprig rosemary or Thyme

  1. Slit bagels and top with cheese and bacon. Toast in oven or toaster oven.
  2. Poach eggs in boining water (silicone cups work well for this)
  3. Mix sauce by stirring mayonnaise, lemon juice,mustard and a few minced pieces or thyme or rosemary. Microwave in defrost for 2 minutes.
  4. Assemble bagels with egg on top. Pur sauce over and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
