  • 1 and 1/3 C All-purpose flour
  • 1 and 1/3 C Milk
  • Nutmeg
  • Pecans
  • Raisins
  • Whiiped Cream

  1. Core each pear, leaving bottom intact. Cut a hairline cirle around the middle of each pear, just piercing the skin.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sugar, spices, nuts, and raisins.
  3. Fill pears with mixture and dot with butter. Arrange pears upright in a small baking dish. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until pears are tender. Cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream
