Ingrédients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 3/4 cup Sliced Smoked Gouda Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Coarse Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Bring heavy cream and water to boil in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Add salt & pepper.
  3. Reduce for 10 minutes under low heat.
  4. Add cheese and stir occasionally on low heat for 5 minutes.
